With no family to visit at Thanksgiving, Ryan tags along to his friend Kyle's house. Kyle's mother, Lexi Luna, runs the kitchen, and while the game is on in the lounge she keeps inventing jobs that need Ryan's help.

A holiday dinner with a hidden course

Football in one room, the kitchen in the other: the series cuts between them and keeps the family a few steps away.

What Thanksgiving With My Best Friend's Mom costs: two free episodes, then tokens

Thanksgiving With My Best Friend's Mom lives on the open shelf, where episode 1 plays for anyone, signed in or not, and episode 2 needs a free account that costs nothing either.

From episode 3 each episode is 30 tokens, charged only when you choose to unlock it. The 3 locked episodes come to 90 tokens together. Premium tops your balance up by 100 tokens a month, which pays for 3 episodes at this rate, so the whole series fits in one month. The price is higher because Lexi Luna leads it: Candy AI charges more whenever a star likeness is cast.
